T-One Therapeutics is pleased to announce its admission to the Brevetti+ programme, the incentive promoted by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and managed by Invitalia, aimed at supporting the economic exploitation of patents and strengthening the innovation capacity of companies.

The award is an important recognition of the innovation path undertaken by the company and will help support the development and exploitation of T-One Therapeutics’ patent portfolio.

This result strengthens the company’s commitment to research, innovation and technology transfer, supporting its path towards the development of biotechnology solutions with high application potential.

Regione Lombardia “Collabora & Innova” call

R&D project title: Innovative multi-agent therapy for the treatment of solid tumours unresponsive to immunotherapy
Project ID 6013188  –  Acronym: TERA-IMMUN

T-One Therapeutics srl takes part in the TERA-IMMUN project, Collabora & Innova call of Regione Lombardia, under the POR FESR 2021-2027 programme, which supports large strategic investments in industrial research and experimental development projects carried out in partnership by SMEs, large companies and research organisations, aimed at developing product or process innovations.

The TERA-IMMUN project develops new multi-agent therapies for solid tumours resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors. The project combines single-cell transcriptomic analyses, antisense oligonucleotides, monoclonal antibodies and patient-derived preclinical models to select the most effective targets and therapeutic combinations.

Project activities run from 02/01/2026 to 02/04/2028.

The identification of LINE1 transcripts as regulators of T cell function is published in Nature Genetics

LINE1 non-coding transcripts regulate T cell function by controlling their gene expression: they accumulate in T lymphocytes infiltrating solid tumors and limit their effector function.

LINE1 elements are spliced in non-canonical transcript variants to control gene expression in human T cell quiescence and exhaustion
