Sara Trifari is Chief Scientific Officer of T-ONE Therapeutics, where she leads the scientific strategy towards the development of new RNA therapies for immunomodulation.

She has over 20 years of experience in immunology, immuno-oncology and gene therapy, gained across academic research and drug discovery in biotech companies. After postdoctoral training at Genentech and the La Jolla Institute for Immunology (California, USA), she held roles of increasing scientific responsibility in start-ups and biotech companies.

She holds a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the Open University and an Executive MBA from Politecnico di Milano.

Filippo Folchini is Senior Scientist at T-ONE Therapeutics, where he contributes to the development of new RNA therapies for immunomodulation.

He holds a PhD in Molecular Medicine from IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele and has gained experience in T cell immunology, immuno-oncology and virology.

He previously carried out research at SR-TIGET and at the Medizinische Universität Innsbruck, developing expertise in immunology, cell therapy and preclinical development.

Anna Miceli is a scientist at T-ONE Therapeutics.

She holds a Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology and Biology from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University. Her research has focused on the development of CAR-T therapies and on T cell biology, with a particular interest in innovative immunotherapy strategies.
